Post-Construction Cleaning Sydney
A new build or renovation isn't finished until it's clean. Construction leaves fine dust on every surface, adhesive and paint marks on glass and fixtures, debris in every corner, and a film over floors that ordinary cleaning won't shift. Post-construction cleaning is a specialist job - and on a handover, it's the last impression the client gets. We make sure it's the right one.
The three stages of a builders clean
Rough clean
The first pass during construction - removing large debris, waste, and offcuts so trades can keep working safely and the site stays manageable. Usually done at the end of the major build phase.
Final clean
The detailed clean that takes the space to handover standard. Fine construction dust removed from every surface including the spots that get missed - tops of door frames, skirtings, window tracks, light fittings. Glass cleaned inside and out, marks removed, floors detailed.
Final detail and touch-up
The last pass right before the client walks through. Fingerprints, last-minute dust, and any marks left by final trades. The difference between a build that looks finished and one that looks immaculate.
